By booking a reading, you are agreeing to the following policies:

You must be at least 18 years of age or in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.
Cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 2 hours before the appointment.
Medium has the right to cancel and refund or reschedule a reading due to illness or for any other reason on my part that may affect my delivery of your reading. Should this be the case, details about cancellation, a reschedule or refund will be sent to your email.

In cases of illness and urgent personal emergencies, please simply notify me and we can reschedule as your energy affects the quality of the reading too.
Please make sure your Wi-Fi is fully functioning and the volume is turned up your computer.
